We’re barking mad about safety, and don’t like to leave the packs unsupervised. And because our team is often out in the yards with the dogs, if you come outside of our set pickup/drop-off times, we would need to put the dogs safely back in the kennel, come to reception, check your dog in, and then integrate the group again.
